About ExeFix
ExeFix looks after property maintenance and repairs for homeowners, landlords and businesses right across Devon and Cornwall. What started as Exe Clean has grown into a busy repairs business, taking on everything from small jobs that have been waiting too long to bigger repairs that need doing properly.
A large part of the work is insurance repairs. When a home or business has been hit by a leak, a storm or a break-in, ExeFix puts the damage right so the property can get back to normal as quickly as possible, working alongside the insurer and keeping the owner in the loop along the way.
What ExeFix can help with
- Insurance repair work after water damage, storm damage and break-ins
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Jobs for landlords, letting agents and commercial properties
ExeFix is in demand, so it is worth getting in touch early. If you know someone dealing with an insurance claim or a property that needs work, Andy is a good person to introduce them to. Come and meet him at one of our Friday breakfasts.
